DAY 1 SATURDAY WINDHOEK - KALAHARI DESERT:
Depart Windhoek and drive via Rehoboth to Hardap Dam. Continue into Kalahari Desert for overnight. A scenic drive will be undertaken towards sunset (in open vehicles). Dinner and overnight Kalahari Desert Region.

DAY 2 SUNDAY KALAHARI DESERT - FISH RIVER CANYON:
Drive through Kalahari and visit Kokerboom (Quiver tree) forest near Keetmanshoop. Stop in Keetmanshoop, to enjoy lunch (for own account). Continue via Naute Dam, arrive at Fish River Canyon and view most spectacular northern fringes. Dinner and overnight Fish River Canyon region.

DAY 3 MONDAY FISH RIVER CANYON - LUDERITZ:
Continue towards coast via Bethanie and Aus. Possibility to see desert horses on entering Namib Desert. Spectacular scenery en route to Lüderitz arriving at ± 12h00. Afternoon scenic drive around southern peninsula. Dinner and overnight Lüderitz.

DAY 4 TUESDAY KOLMANSKOP - MALTHAHOHE:
Visit Kolmanskop, deserted diamond town and now a museum. Lunch (packed lunch), or at a farm. Visit Duwisib Castle during the afternoon. Continue towards Maltahöhe. Dinner and overnight near Malthahoe.

DAY 5 WEDNESDAY   SOUSSUSVLEI - NAMIB NAUKLUFT PARK:
Early start to visit Sossusvlei, there undertake scenic drive in 4x4 vehicles into the heart of the Namib Desert. Visit Sesriem Canyon later and Solitaire village en route past Naukluft Mountains. Dinner and overnight Naukluft Park Region.

DAY 6 THURSDAY NAMIB NAUKLIFT PARK - SWAKOPMUND:
Drive through Kuiseb Canyon and continue towards coast. Packed lunch en route. See ‘Welwitschia Mirabilis’, a plant said to grow older than 1000 years. Visit Moon landscape and Walvis Bay before arriving in Swakopmund. Dinner and overnight in Swakopmund

DAY 7 FRIDAY WALVIS BAY - WINDHOEK:
Visit Walvis Bay Lagoon to view sea birds. Continue inland towards Usakos and Karibib, visit Henckerts Centre. Visit Herero graves and handicraft market in Okahandja. The STS-7 Tour ends on arrival in Windhoek, during the afternoon.
