1 WEDNESDAY
CAPE TOWN - OUDTSHOORN:
08h30 Depart Cape Town early and
head to Montagu, before entering the
area known as the “Little Karoo”.
Dinner and overnight in the Ostrich
Capital, Oudtshoorn 
DAY
2 THURSDAY
OUDTSHOORN - GARDEN ROUTE:
The first step today is to explore
the vast limestone caverns known as
the Cango Caves. Then on to the
Ostrich Show Farm for a guided tour.
The visit includes lunch, with
optional Ostrich delicacies. Travel
on through the scenic Outeniqua Pass
to the coastal plain, where we reach
our hotel. Overnight in Knysna. 
DAY
3 FRIDAY
GARDEN ROUTE:
Travel to Sedgefield aboard the
Outeniqua Choo Tjoe steam train and
then enjoy a lagoon cruise and lunch
at the Featherbed Nature Reserve in
Knysna. Whilst there enjoy a trailer
ride to the top of the Western Head
and a leisurely walk back through
the milkwood trees, for lunch. After
lunch there is time to enjoy the
shops and atmosphere of Knysna
before being transferred to your
hotel for your overnight stay.

4 SATURDAY
GARDEN ROUTE - PORT ELIZABETH:
The journey eastward continues,
through the Tsitsikamma Forests.
There is a lunch stop en route
(included). Then it's across
dramatic river gorges to Port
Elizabeth, one of South Africa’s
major ports, for overnight.
DAY
5 SUNDAY
PORT ELIZABETH - DURBAN:
Your morning is at leisure. In the
afternoon transfer to Port Elizabeth
airport for the flight to Durban. In
Durban, the hotel transfer includes
an orientation tour of the city.
