DAY 1 SATURDAY  WINDHOEK - KALAHARI DESERT :
Depart Windhoek and drive via Rehoboth to Hardap Dam. Continue into Kalahari Desert for overnight. A scenic drive will be undertaken towards sunset (in open vehicles). Overnight in the Kalahari Desert region

DAY 2 SUNDAY   KALAHARI DESERT - FISH RIVER CANYON:
Drive through Kalahari and visit Kokerboom forest near Keetmanshoop. Stop in Keetmanshoop, opportunity to enjoy lunch (for own account). Continue via Naute Dam, view Fishriver Canyon most spectacular northern fringes. Overnight in Fish River Canyon

DAY 3 MONDAY  FISH RIVER CANYON - LUDERITZ:  
Continue towards coast via Bethanie and Aus. Possibility to see desert adapted horses on entering Namib Desert. Enjoy spectacular scenery on way to Lüderitz where we arrive around midday. Scenic drive around southern peninsula during afternoon. Overnight Lüderitz

DAY 4 TUESDAY LUDERITZ - MALTAHOHE:
Visit Kolmanskop, a deserted diamond town and today a museum. Lunch will be enjoyed in the form of a packed lunch or at a farm. Duwisib Castle will be visited during the afternoon. Onwards towards Maltahöhe. Overnight in Maltahöhe region.

DAY 5 WEDNESDAY   SOUSSUSVEI - NAMIB NAUKLIFT PARK :
Early start to visit Sossusvlei, where we will undertake a scenic drive with 4x4 vehicles into the heart of the Namib Desert. Sesriem Canyon will be visited later and the village Solitaire on our way past the Naukluft Mountains. Overnight Namib Naukluft Park region.

DAY 6 THURSDAY NAMIB NAUKLIFT PARK - SWAKPMUND :
Drive through Kuiseb Canyon and continue towards coast. A packed lunch will be enjoyed along the road. See ‘Welwitschia Mirabilis’ a plant that is said to grow older than 1000 years. Visit Moon landscape and Walvisbay before arriving late afternoon in Swakopmund. Overnight in Swakopmund

DAY 7 FRIDAY  SWAKOPMUND :
Enjoy a day at leisure in Swakopmund. You may wish to book an optional day tour in Swakopmund. Overnight in Swakopmund

DAY 8 SATURDAY   SWAKOPMUND :
Another day to enjoy the splendours and many attractions of Swakopmund. The group who booked the Northern Tour during the afternoon will join you. Overnight in Swakopmund.

DAY 9 SUNDAY  SWAKOPMUND - DAMARALAND:   
Depart early morning on the salt road towards Henties Bay, past many pans and an array of bird life. Visit Twyfelfontein and the Petrified Forest on way into Damaraland. Packed Lunch en-route. We will arrive at our remote lodge during the afternoon. Overnight in Damaraland region

DAY 10 MONDAY  DAMARALAND:
Enjoy a full day outing with the specialist guides of the Lodge. You will be introduced to the rich flora and fauna of this seemingly lifeless semi-desert. . The day will be spent in search of the elusive Desert Rhino and Desert Elephant. Return to the lodge late afternoon. Dinner and overnight in Damaraland region. OPTIONAL: Visit the nomadic Ovahimba Tribe (optional extra and for passengers own account).

DAY 11 TUESDAY  DAMARALAND - OTJIWARONGO:
Leave Damaraland, one of the last real wilderness areas in Africa and continue via Kamanjab to the little town of Outjo. Continue later to a private game farm where a game drive will be undertaken late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Otjiwarongo.

DAY 12 WEDNESDAY   OTJIWARONGO - ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK :
After an early morning game drive you will join the group arriving from Windhoek. Continue via Outjo into Etosha National Park, where we undertake the first Game Drive in our vehicle en-route to a Rest camp. Dinner and overnight at a rest camp at Etosha

DAY 13 THURSDAY ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK :
The entire day will be spent in the park, exploring the waterholes along this enormous saltpan. Lunchstop at one of the Rest camps. (lunch not included). Dinner and overnight at one of the rest camps at Etosha.

DAY 14 FRIDAY ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK:
Another day of explorations in this world famous National Park. Your specialist guide will introduce you to the complex subject of managing such an enormous reserve. Lunchstop at one of the Rest camps (lunch not included). We leave the park late afternoon. Dinner and overnight near Etosha National Park.

DAY 15 SATURDAY  LAKE OTJIWARONGO - WINDHOEK :
Visit Lake Otjikoto and the minemuseum in Tsumeb. Opportunity to join the group en-route to Victoria Falls. Continue towards Windhoek via Otjiwarongo and Okahandja where we will visit the Herero graves and a local handicraft market. Tour ends on arrival in Windhoek late afternoon.
