1 SATURDAY - MARRAKESH
Arrival at Marrakesh Menara airport. Welcome
by our staff and transfer to your hotel.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 2 SUNDAY - MARRAKESH / OUARZAZATE /
ZAGORA (380 km/236 mi)
After breakfast, early departure to Ouarzazate
via the mountains of the High Atlas passing
through the Tizi'N'Tichka pass reaching 2,260
m/7,415 ft. Optional lunch in Ouarzazate and
continuation to Zagora via the mountains of
the anti Atlas, the Draa valley with its
numerous palm groves and kasbahs. Dinner and
overnight at the hotel. |

DAY 3 MONDAY - ZAGORA / TAMEGROUTE / ERFOUD
(270 km/168 mi)
After breakfast, excursion to Tamegroute,
where manuscripts and illuminated Korans
dating from the 12th century can be admired in
the famous library. Then visit to the Tinfou
sand dunes 7 km far, and continuation to
Erfoud, via Tansikht and Nkob where beautiful
pre-Saharian landscapes dotted with Berber
villages can be seen. Optional lunch at
Tazzarine a small Berber village. Then
continuation to Erfoud via the villages of
Alnif and Rissani, birthplace of the present
Alaouite dynasty. Dinner and overnight at the
hotel.
DAY 4 TUESDAY - ERFOUD / TODRA GORGES /
TINERHIR (200 km/124 mi)
Early morning, optional land rover excursion
to see the sunrise over the sand dunes of
Merzouga. Back to the hotel for breakfast and
continuation to the Tinerhir oasis, famous for
its magnificent Todra canyons with rocks
reaching 250 m/820 ft. Optional lunch in an
auberge at the feet of the canyons and after
the visit, back to Tinerhir. Dinner and
overnight at the hotel.
DAY 5 WEDNESDAY - TINERHIR / DADES CANYONS
/ OUARZAZATE (200 km/124 mi)
After breakfast, visit to the Dades canyons
and then continuation to Ouarzazate via the
road of the 1,000 kasbahs and the Dades
valley, famous for its roses. Optional lunch
in Ouarzazate. Afternoon, sightseeing of
Ouarzazate including the kasbah of Taourirt.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 6 THURSDAY - OUARZAZATE /AIT BENHADDOU
/ MARRAKESH (210 km/130 mi)
After breakfast, visit of Aït Benhaddou
fortified village classified by Unesco as one
of the world's cultural treasure. Optional
lunch at the auberge facing the Kasbah and
then continuation to Marrakesh via the
Tizi'N'Tichka pass. Afternoon at leisure.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 7 FRIDAY - MARRAKESH
After breakfast, full day sightseeing of
Marrakesh : the Koutoubia mosque , the Bahia
palace, the Saadian tombs and the Menara
gardens. Lunch at the hotel. Afternoon, visit
of the famous Djemaa El Fna square with its
surrounding souks and handicraft centres.
Optional Moroccan dinner under tents with
horse fantasia and folklore show in the palm
grove Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 8 SATURDAY - MARRAKESH / AIRPORT (4
km/2,5 mi)
Transfer to Marrakesh Menara airport.
Assistance to the boarding formalities and
farewell from our staff.
