DAY
1 SATURDAY - MARRAKESH
Arrival at Marrakesh Menara airport, welcome
by our staff and transfer to your hotel.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 2 SUNDAY - MARRAKESH
After breakfast, full day sightseeing of
Marrakesh : the Koutoubia mosque , the Bahia
palace, the Saadian tombs and the Menara
gardens. Lunch at the hotel. Afternoon, visit
of the famous Djemaa El Fna square with its
surrounding souks and handicraft centres.
Moroccan dinner with oriental show. Overnight
at the hotel. |

DAY
3 MONDAY - MARRAKESH/ZAGORA (380 km/236 mi)
After breakfast, early departure by land rover
to Ouarzazate via the mountains of the high
Atlas passing through the Tizi'N'Tichka pass
reaching 2,260 m/7,415 ft. Lunch in Ouarzazate
and continuation to Zagora via the mountains
of the anti Atlas. Then at Agdz, track road
passing by the Berber villages and palm groves
along the Draa river. Dinner and overnight at
the hotel.
DAY 4 TUESDAY - ZAGORA/TAMEGROUTE /ERFOUD (270
km/168 mi)
After breakfast, excursion to Tamegroute,
where manuscripts and illuminated Korans
dating from the 12th century can be admired in
the famous library. Then visit to the Tinfou
sand dunes and continuation to Erfoud, via
Tansikht and Nkob where beautiful pre-Saharian
landscapes dotted with Berber villages can be
seen. Lunch at Tazzarine a small Berber
village. Then continuation to Erfoud via the
villages of Alnif and Rissani, birthplace of
the present Alaouite dynasty. Dinner and
overnight at the hotel.
DAY 5 WEDNESDAY - ERFOUD/TODRA GORGES/TINERHIR
(200 km/124 mi)
Early morning, excursion to see the sunrise
over the sand dunes of Merzouga. Back to the
hotel for breakfast and continuation to the
Tinerhir oasis, famous for its magnificent
Todra canyons which rocks reaching 250 m/820
ft. Dinner and and accommodation at the hotel
in Tinghir.
DAY 6 THURSDAY - TINGHIR/OUARZAZATE (200
km/124 mi)
After breakfast, departure to Boulmane where
we enter the Dades canyons for a visit. Via
the road of the thousand kasbahs, continuation
to El Kelâa M'gouna from where we take again
the track road to the village of Skoura. On
the way, we pass the beautiful kasbah of
Amerhidel. Lunch on the way. Then the track
road continues up to Ouarzazate following the
feet of the Atlas mountains. Dinner and
overnight at the hotel.
DAY 7 FRIDAY - OUARZAZATE/MARRAKESH (250
km/155 mi)
After breakfast, visit of Ouarzazate including
the kasbah of Taourirt and continuation to the
world renowned Ait Benaddhou kasbah, under
Unesco protection. Continuation to Telouet by
a track road which is one of the most
difficult parts of this tour. We are crossing
two river beds and are climbing the Atlas
mountains. The scenery is stunning. Visit of
the kasbah of Telouet, former residence of the
Glaoui Pacha, one of the most influential
families of this region. Lunch on the way.
Continuation to Marrakesh via the
Tizi'N'Tichka pass. Dinner and overnight at
the hotel. Optional Moroccan dinner under
tents horse with fantasia show and folklore in
the palm grove.
DAY 8 SATURDAY - Marrakesh / AIRPORT
Transfer to Marrakesh Menara airport.
Assistance to the boarding formalities and
farewell from our staff.
