MYSTICAL DUBAI
Experience
both the modern and the ancient of Dubai. Our route takes us
first to the magnificent Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah mosque,
continuing towards the World Trade Center - one of the
highest buildings in the Middle East. On the way we pass
some of the palaces belonging to the Ruling family of Dubai.
After a short break by the Creek, we arrive to the oldest
part of the city, Bastakia where old wind-towered houses of
wealthy merchants are still to be seen. Close by we visit
the fascinating Dubai Museum in the Al Fahidi Fort, which
has been there almost for two centuries defending the
settlers of early days. We continue our tour through
material market taking a closer look at the wind-towers on
our way to Abras, local water taxis, which will take us
across the Creek to the area of spice and gold souks. As the
final destination of this four
hour tour we will walk through the bustling alleys of
these souks being amazed by mystical aromas of
numerous spices and the breath-taking amount of
dazzling jewelry varying from traditional to the latest
designs at amazingly affordable prices displayed by almost
200 shops.
Lying
adjacent to and around 15 minute’s drive from Dubai is the
Emirate of Sharjah. Starting this tour from the “Cultural
Roundabout” one of the most beautiful spots in the UAE, we
then continue towards the smallest of the Emirates - Ajman.
After a visit to Ajman Fort housing today a museum we pass
the port and fishing harbor. On our way back to Sharjah we
drive along the beach road passing the Ruler’s Palace.
Along the Corniche we see numerous dhow boats on the Creek
and Al Majarra Souk with its golden dome. After a photo break we pass bustling cattle, vegetable and
fish markets. The last but not the least stop on this tour
is the famous “New Souk”, boasting typical Arabic
architecture - a truly magnificent showpiece of local
heritage. Here
our clients have an opportunity to try their bargaining
skills in hundreds of shops selling everything from gold
jewelry to everyday household items. Opposite the Souk
stands the majestic “King Faisal Mosque”, the biggest in
the UAE and also the “Pearl Monument”, a symbol of the
Federation.
Enjoy
an unforgettable evening cruising along the Dubai Creek
onboard our traditionally decorated Dhow boat called Asia,
equipped with two sundecks, one cabin and restrooms. A
sumptuous buffet dinner will be served including continental
and oriental dishes. Soft drinks and mineral water are
included. Experience the atmosphere of Dubai by night
accompanied by Arabic music. The cruise takes around two
hours. On request additional entertainment will be arranged.
During daytime one hour cruises are available including soft
drinks.
Al
Ain, known as the Garden City is one of the oldest
settlements in the region. It is a stunningly green city
with an incredible number of public parks and numerous green
houses. Al Ain
is one of the agricultural center of the Emirates and also a
university town & the birthplace of the President of the
UAE. Our first
visit, on arrival to this oasis town surrounded by red sand,
is to the most important museum in the UAE where you can see
artifacts from a famous excavation site nearby, ancient
Arabic manuscripts and royal treasures. Next is a trip to
the quaint camel market where you have a good opportunity to
observe these extraordinary “ships of desert”. We
continue the tour with a visit to the nearby oasis village
of Buraimi in the Oman territory, where we will also have a
lunch. The village is an exciting experience with its old
forts, date palm groves and 2000 year old irrigation systems
called Falaj, which are still in use.
Afterwards we proceed to Hili gardens, the excavation
site of a tomb dating back 3000 BC and other Archaeological
discoveries.
This
tour is the ideal way to discover the beautiful capital of
Abu Dhabi. On our way from Dubai we will pass the Jebel Ali
Port - the largest man-made port in the world & the
thriving Jebel Ali Free Zone. On arrival to this center of
oil business and administration we visit the Petroleum
Exhibition where we are shown a film about the amazing
development in Abu Dhabi during the last 30 years.
Afterwards we will stop at a carpet market where a huge
variety of fabulous carpets from all around the world are
being sold at very affordable prices. A buffet lunch will be
enjoyed at one of the best restaurants. Our tour continues
to the old Souk where you can experience the bustle of
everyday life and the magnificent Abu Dhabi Corniche up to
the end of the breakwater that stretches out into the sea,
giving you a splendid view of the city skyline. We then
visit a local craft center where local handicrafts based on
the traditional ‘tali’ handwork are made. Our tour ends
with a short round at the Dhow yard where traditional boats
are built the same way they have been for hundreds of years.
See
different landscapes of the UAE in one day. This full day
tour takes us away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
We pass the lush green agricultural area of Dhaid before
reaching the Hajar Mountains where we stop at a local market
where for example locally made pottery, fruits and carpets
are sold at bargain prices. From Masafi we start our round
trip on the East Coast. Driving through the mountains we
will pass Wadi’s - large and small, which are dried out
riverbeds formed during the millenniums. As we reach the
Indian Ocean we will make a short trip to the Oman territory
as well. At Dibba we visit a local fish market with its
abundant and colorful catch. Driving along the coast through
small fishing villages, we will arrive at the Bidaya mosque,
the oldest one in the UAE.
Our trip continues towards Khor Fakkan - one of the
most popular places for scuba diving & snorkeling. After
a sumptuous lunch there is an opportunity to relax at the
beach and have a refreshing swim. Passing the thriving port
town of Fujeirah will round off this exciting trip. For the
more adventurous follow the Wadi trails set between the
cliffs and gorges of the mountains by a 4 WD.
We
start our day’s journey across undulating sand dunes
arriving to our Bedouin campsite where we can try our skills
in camel riding. Heading towards mountain area with a
memorable break at Hatta pools with an opportunity to dive
into its turquoise, cool waters. Passing the Wadi’s with
the landscape of lush greenery surrounded by the peaks of
impressive Hajar Mountains. Then we continue towards the
ancient fortress village of Hatta famous for its Portuguese
fort from 16th century. After visits to the Heritage clay
village featuring traditional houses built some 300 years
ago; lunch break either by the Hatta Pools or at the Hatta
Fort hotel. As
Dubai’s only mountain resort, besides the peace and
tranquillity this resort also offers a variety of
recreational activities.
This
full day tour takes us on a adventurous and exciting route
by 4 WD’s through the agricultural areas growing
strawberries, oranges, bananas etc. to the breath-taking
scenery of Hajar mountains at the East Coast of the
Emirates. Driving past the picturesque fishing villages and
small farms along the coast of Indian Ocean we reach a haven
to relax by a beach. After a lunch and a swim we start the
most thrilling part of the tour following the Wadi’s and
narrow, winding roads between the cliffs and gorges passing
local settlements at the mountainous landscape where time
seems to have stopped centuries ago.
After
settling down in the 4 WD vehicles, the jeeps will speed
through the desert of the golden sand dunes.
The dune bashing or desert driving continues with the
thrill of going up and down the dunes provoking many shrieks
and laughter full of excitement. The final leg of this
program takes us to the main camp site. This will most
definitely be the high light of the trip. After witnessing a
memorable sight - the true Arabian sunset with its glory and
magic. At the dusk there is an opportunity to try some Camel
riding nearby the Bedouin camp. A delicious Barbecue dinner
is prepared on open fires & a variety of beverages are
available. The set up in this camp is of Persian rugs and
traditional accessories to create a typical Bedouin camp
under the stars. The
tempo of the music increases as a Belly dancer starts
dancing to the rhythm of the band.
What better way to experience a true Arabian night
than this.
Amongst
the undulating golden dunes lies our Bedouin camp welcoming
us to discover the true feeling of Arabia. After enjoying a
fascinating ride through desert we have time to relax under
the starlit sky accompanied by traditional music. Camels are
also available for those who want to experience a ride on a
“ship of desert”. A delicious barbecue dinner will be
served including both continental and Arabic dishes.
Entertainment is guaranteed by a superb belly-dancing show.
After a magical night in the silence of the desert sunrise
wakes us up and we enjoy a breakfast before heading to
mountain area for a refreshing swim. The tour takes one and
a half days.
With
a backdrop of huge sand dunes, this trip is an unforgettable
one for the fun seekers! This 4hour trip initially takes us
to the Hatta part, where we make a stop near the huge sand
dunes dominates the scene.
Here we experience the thrill of mono - skiing down
the high dunes, after which light refreshments & soft
drinks will be served. Before returning to the city, guests

start out tour with a photo stop at Jumeirah Mosque, one of
the most beautiful mosques in the UAE. A short drive takes
us to Sheikh Saeed’s House, the home of the grandfather of
the present Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Al
Makhtoum. Here we can view the traditional and simple
lifestyle of the region in the bygone days. There after we
visit the Diving village where a short Video Presentation
will give you an insight into the diving trade, which in the
yesterdays was the main trade in Dubai. We continue on our
Tour, past Bastakia the old quarter with its wind tower
houses, to the Al Fahidi Fort, which houses the Dubai
Museum. At the Museum we see the traditional life and trade
of the region, the museum also gives you the opportunity to
see the development of Dubai in the past 60 years. A short
walk through the textile market will take us to the Abra
stand to take a unique ride on the water taxi across the
Creek. A walk along the Creek takes us to the Heritage
House, build n 1890, is it the best example of a traditional
Emirate Family Home. Adjacent to the Heritage House is the
oldest School in the UAE, Al Ahmadiya School, the seat of
education in the bygone days. Some members of the present
ruling family have been students here. After visiting the
school we return to our hotel.
This
Tour gives you an opportunity to see the new projects of
Dubai. We begin with a Photo Stop at Burj Al Arab – a
magnificent Structure which is the only 7* Hotel in the
World. Our drive takes us past Palm Island project and a
visit to the Project Office. You can view there the
development of the biggest Handmade Island in the World,
which will house Amusement Parks, Hotels, Malls and a host
of other attractions. We continue our Tour past the Marina
Project to the Internet City, Media City and there on to the
Emirates Hills Project. After an enchanting drive through
the Emirates Hills, we drive past the Emirates Golf Club to
the Gold and Diamond Park, where we can buy Designer Jeweler
at unbelievable prices.
A
short drive from Dubai takes us to th edge of the Desert to
embark on an exciting Trek on Camel back. A Bedouin will

Dunes into silhouettes. A short ride will take us to the
Bedouin Camp where a traditional Arabic Welcome awaits you.
A delicious Barbecue will be served under the starlit skies.
Recline on the carpets and cushions and enjoy the Food.
Adding to the atmosphere of Arabia, a Belly Dancer
performance a fascinating show to the rhythm of Arabic
music. This magical experience leaves you with fond memories
of the Safari. What better way could there be to experience
a true Arabian evening.
Staring
from Al Ahmadia School with a
walk up the Gold Souk
and Spice Market. In the tiny lanes of the spice souk
, the atmosphere and the scents of the past Arabia can be
savoured. Followed
by an Abra ride to the Sheikh Zayed’s house
and then to the Heritage Village.
Heritage Village is located near the Creek , has been
created where potters and weavers display their crafts.
