Baggage One Way Trip Course (JP8-O)
Your baggage will be transported by land from Hakone to Kyoto on Day 4. For the overnight stay in Inuyama, we recommend you to carry a light overnight bag with you.
For extra baggage, ¥2,200 will be charged per piece.
  Round Trip Course (JP8-R)
Your baggage will be transported by land from Hakone to Kyoto on Day 4 and Kyoto to Tokyo on Day 7 with allowance of one piece per person. For the overnight stay in Inuyama, we recommend you to carry a light overnight bag with you.
For extra baggage, ¥2,200 will be charged per piece.

Day 1 : ARRIVE TOKYO
Arrive at New Tokyo International Airport (Narita Airport). Stay at hotel in Kyoto.
(staff will meet client at the exit of customs and assist them in boarding an airport bus to Hotel)
 
Day 2 : TOKYO HALF DAY SIGHTSEEING
Mornig city tour of Tokyo, visiting Tokyo Tower Observatory, Imperial Palace Plaza, Asakusa Kannon Temple, Nakamise Shopping Arcade and Tasaki Pearl Gallery.
Afternoon, free at leisure.
 
Day 3 : TOKYO - Mt.FUJI - HAKONE
Drive halfway up to 5th station of Mt.Fuji. After lunch, enjoy cruise on Lake Ashi and Mt.Komagatake Aerial Cableway. Overnight at Hakone hotel Kowaki-en.
 
Day 4 : HAKONE - INUYAMA
Transfer to Odawara station and board a Shinkansen for Nagoya. Change to Meitetsu train at Nagoya and arrive at Inuyama between 13:00-14:00. After lunch, visit Inuyama Castle and Experience of Slipping on Kimono.
Aftr dinner at hotel, enjoy cormorant Fishing Show (Ukai), traditional Japanese fishing method.(Only May11 - Oct.15) Overnight at Meitetsu Inuyama Hotel.
 
Day 5 : INUYAMA - NAGOYA - KYOTO
Enjoy Nihon Rhine Boat Cruise. After lunch, Nagoya Afternoon Tour, visiting Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology and Nagoya Castle.
Transfer to Nagoya station and board a Shinkansen for Kyoto. Arrive at Kyoto and transfer to hotel in Kyoto between 18:30-19:00.
 
Day 6 : KYOTO - NARA - KYOTO
Morning sightseeing of Kyoto, visiting Golden Pavilion, Nijo Castle and Kyoto Imperial Palace. After lunch at Kyoto Handicraft Center, transfer to Nara. Visit Todaiji Temple with a great image of Buddha, Kasuga Shrine and Nara Park. Return to Kyoto and overnight at hotel in Kyoto.

Day 7 : KYOTO
Free at leisure.
 
Day 8 : KYOTO - KANSAI AIRPORT
Free at leisure until departure.
Transfer to Kansai Airport by seat sharing van.
 
Round Trip Course (JP8-R)
Day 7 : KYOTO - TOKYO
Free at leisure until departure.
Transfer to Kyoto station and board a Shinkansen for Tokyo.
Arrive at Tokyo station between 21:00-22:00.
 
Day 8 : TOKYO - NARITA AIRORT
Free at leisure until departure.
(Departure time is announced to your hotel on the day before departure.)
(staff will meet client at the hotel and assist them in boarding an airport bus to Narita Airport)
Transfer to Narita Airport by airport bus.

Remarks:
  • If Kiso river rises due to heavy rain, "Boat Cruise" and "Cormorant Fishing" on 4th day can not be operated and visit "traditional Japanese style windup doll" museum instead.
  • In winter season (Dec.1 – Mar.9) or if kiso river due to heavy rain, “Nihon Rhine Boat Cruise” is not operated and tour visit “Noritake Garden” and “Atsuta Shrine” in Nagoya instead.
  • We recommend you to prepare casual clothes and comfortable shoes suitable for walking on Day 4.
<for Day3 : Mt.Fuji-Hakone 1 Day Tour>
  • Multilingual audio guiding devices recorded in Korean, Chinese, German and Spanish will be provided free of charge on these tours.
    Please make requests in advance to receive this special free service.
  • Mt.Komagatake Aerial Cableway skipped due to traffic conditions without alternative on the following days.
    May6, Jul.14-15,21-22,29, Aug.5,12,19,26, Sep.15-16,22-23, Oct.6-7,20-21,27-28, Nov.3-4,10-11,17-18,23-24.
  • When the driveway up to Mt.Fuji's 5th station is closed in winter due to heavy snow, visit Fujiyama Museum instead.
  • Komagatake Ropeway or Cruise on Lake Ashi may also be omitted or substituted deppending on traffic, weather conditions, or for other operationnal reasons. In this case, you will enjoy one in case of either of them omitted or two for both of them omitted out of following althernatives;Narukawa Museum in Hakone, Hakone Check Point, Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi and Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway. Your tour guide will finalize alternative places, based on careful study of Hakone-en Aquarium, Hakone shrine, Owaku-dani tour movement and other comditions.
  • We recommend you to bring an overcoat or other warm clothing during autumn and winter.
  • For people proceeding to Kyoto after this tour, please note that your arrival time is usually around 21:30 but sometimes will be around 22:00-23:00 due to traffic conditions.
  • Even if you go up to 5th station of Mt. Fuji, it so happens that you cannot see the full view of Mt. Fuji due to the weather conditions . We shall never make any refund and also never cancel the tour operation for this reason.
  • There is a possibility that your tour guide not accompany you on the tour bus or the Shinkansen back to Tokyo after Odawara station for operational reasons. In this case, your guide will provide information on how to go back your hotel from Tokyo station (Return by Shinkansen), or from Shinjuku / Ginza (By motorcoach Throughout).
  • When “Fuji Visitor Center” is closed, or if the tour is behind the schedule due to traffic jam, “Fuji Visitor Center” may be skipped.
<for Day6 : Kyoto Morning Tour>
  • Nijo Castle
    On Tuesdays in Jan., Jul., Aug. & Dec., "Nijo Castle" is closed and visit "Ryoanji Temple" instead.
  • Kyoto Imperial Palace
    - On Saturdays, Sundays & national holidays and some other days,Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed and visit "Kitano Tenmangu" instead.
    - On Feb.25, Mar25, Aug.25 & Nov.25 visit "Ryoanji Temple" instead.
    - You are required to fill out the form (your name, sex, age, nationality), when you enter "Kyoto Imperial Palace".
  • This tour is offered for travellers from overseas only.
