The
City Experience Tour in Singapore-
showcases the contrast of old and new and the
blend of East and West. Experience the history,
culture and lifestyle of multi-racial Singapore,
the exciting heart of New Asia- Singapore. We
will visit the Colonial district where old
Singapore began and where modern Singapore was
created, Little India, places of worship,
Chinatown and admire the best of Asian
craftsmanship at a gem factory. Overnight at the

Singapore-Malacca
Pick up from hotel in Singapore then cross the
causeway to Johor Bahru- the capital of the
state of Johor as well as the southern gateway
to Peninsular Malaysia, visit the Royal Abu
Bakar Museum- houses a fine collection of the
priceless heirlooms and treasures of the Johor
Royal family. Sultan Abu Bakar Mosque- is
regarded as one of the most beautuful mosque in
Malaysia. Bukit Serene Palace and a famous Aw
Pottery- over 2,000 individual pieces of pottery
are produced through each firing. After a tour
of the town, proceed to Malacca- Malaysia’s
oldest historic city features an interesting
blend of architecture-legacies of its former
rulers. Upon arrival, check in hotel.

Malacca/Kuantan
City
Tour of Malacca -visit
Cheng Hoon Teng - Chinese Temple, Dutch Stadhuys-is
the salmon colored building of Dutch
architecture, now houses the Malacca Museum.
Christ Church-standing exactly as it has always
been since 1753, the church is testimony to
Dutch architectural ingenuity. Porta de
Santiago-is part of a fortress built by the
Portuguese in 1511. St. Paul’s Church- built
by a Portuguese Captain by the name of Duarte
Coelho, the chapel was turned by the Dutch into
a burial ground for their Nobel dead and renamed
it ‘St. Paul’s Church’ from the
Portuguese’s Our Lady of the Hill’. National
Museum-with its hull laden with invaluable
treasures seized from Malacca, and also visitors
can get a closer look at Malacca from the famed
Malay Sultanate of the 14the century to the
Portugrese era, the Dutch era and the British
era. After
lunch continue to Singapore
then overland transfer to Kuantan- the charming
seaside town holds a host of natural and
cultural treasures. On arrival, check in hotel.

Tour of Kuala Terengganu-
then proceed to Kota Bahru. On arrival,

Visit
the cultural Centre and local market in Kota
Bahru then proceed to Penang- referred to as the
Pearl of the Orient. Enroute stopover at Banding
Island for lunch. On arrival, check in hotel.

Depart for half day Heritage and City
Tour. Take a trishaw ride from Fort
Cornwallis- was built on the site of Francis
Light’s historic landing in 1786. Originally a
wooden stockade, it was replaced by a concrete
structure built by convict labor, in 1804.
Today, an open-air amphitheater, a history
gallery and a handicraft and souvenir center
occupies the interior. Visit Kwan Ying Temple,
Khoo Kongsi- the forefathers of the Khoo family
who emigrated from South China built it as a
clan-house for members of the Khoo family. And
Wat Chayamankalaram- in which houses the forth
largest reclining Buddha. Return to hotel. Rest
of the day at leisure. Overnight. (B)

Penang/Camerons
Overland transfer to Cameron Highlands, 1542
meters above sea level, which is well known for
its flower nurseries and vegetable farms.
Enroute visit the picturesque Ubudiah Mosque at
Kuala Kangsar and the unique cave temples in
Ipoh. Brief stop at Lata Iskandar Waterfall
before check in at hotel. Overnight. (B)

Camerons/Kuala Lumpur
Morning tour of Cameron visiting a vegetable
farm, a tea plantation, an Orang Asli
(aborigine) village before proceeding to Kuala
Lumpur. On arrival, check in hotel. Overnight.

City
Tour of Kuala Lumpur-with
visits to Jame’s Mosque/National Mosque, House
of Parliament (drive past), the King’s Palace,
beautiful Kuala Lumpur Railway Station-was
designed by architect A.B. Hobbock in 1910, it
underwent extensive renovations in 1986.
National Museum-built in the style of a Malay
palace, its impressive façade of two large
murals, each depicting scenes of Malaysian
history and crafts, reflects a colorful past of
the country. And Independence Square with the
world’s tallest flag pole (100 meters high)
and KL Tower. Before returning to hotel drive
past world’s tallest Twin Towers. Rest of the
day free at leisure or shopping. Evening proceed
for a cultural show with Malay buffet dinner at
