Fly to Mulu airport. Check-in at hotel. Transfer by boat to Park HQ for registration. Trek 45 minutes on raised plankwalk through lowland rainforest and peat swamp to Lang caves. View the various limestone formations of stalactites and stalagmites. Walk inside the largest cave passage of Deer cave to the Garden of Eden. Witness the daily exodus of thousands of bats at sunset before we return. (LD)

Day 2

Transfer 2-3 hours by longboat up Melinau River to Kuala Berar. Trek through the peat swamp forest for another two hours to Melinau Camp for overnight. Sleeping bag provided. (BLD)

Day 3

Start 3-4 hours summit ascent up 45 degree slope through limestone boulders and forest and aluminium ladders at certain sections to 1,750 metres. The spectacular view of the pinnacles suddenly unfolds through the clouds. Explore the unique floras including the pitcher plants and rhododendrons before returning to camp. (BLD)

Day 4

Retrace footsteps to Kuala Berar and transfer by boat to visit Clearwater Cave and Wind Cave before departing to airport. (BL)
