Day 1 Sat: Sydney – Darlington Point
Depart Sydney at 8.00am and travel along the Hume Highway via Goulburn to Darlington Point. This evening enjoy a welcome drink with your crew and fellow traveling companions.

Day 2 Sun: Riverina
Today continue across the open plains surrounding Hay. Stop in Mildura, before traveling through the Sunraysia District to Renmark.

Day 3 Mon: Barossa Valley – Adelaide
This morning travel to the Barossa Valley for a winery tour and sample some of the local wines. This afternoon is free for you to explore Adelaide.

Day 4 Tue: Flinders Ranges
Depart Adelaide this morning and travel north through the Flinders Ranges National Park to Wilpena Pound.

Day 5 Wed: Wilpena Pound
There is time this morning to take one of the many walking trails in and around Wilpena Pound. This afternoon we travel north (conditions permitting) through the remote townships of Leigh Creek and Lyndhurst to Marree.

Day 6 Thu: Lake Eyre – Coober Pedy
Heading north, stop briefly at the southern end of Lake Eyre, then continue along the Oodnadatta Track to Coober Pedy. Enjoy an underground house and mine tour. Tonight sleep in a dugout, a unique experience!

Day 7 Fri: Uluru (Ayers Rock)
Travel into the Northern Territory en route to Ayers Rock Resort. Tonight enjoy a glass of wine and nibbles watching Uluru at sunset.

Day 8 Sat: Uluru (Ayers Rock) – Kata Tjuta (Olgas)
Morning climb to the summit of Uluru, followed by a guided base walk. 

v  Alternatively, you may prefer to join a local Aboriginal guide for the famous Liru Walk. Visit Kata Tjuta. (BD)

Day 9 Sun: Kings Canyon
Travel to Kings Canyon and climb the Canyon rim for spectacular views of the Watarrka National Park.

Day 10 Mon: Kings Canyon - West MacDonnell Ranges
Today visit Simpsons Gap and Standley Chasm, before arriving in Alice Springs. Enjoy a brief orientation tour including panoramic views from Anzac Hill.

Day 11 Tue: Alice Springs
A free day to relax in Alice Springs. 
v Tonight you may like to attend the Red Centre Dreaming Dinner and Show. (B)

Day 12 Wed: Karlwekarlwe (Devils Marbles)
Visit the Telegraph Station and photograph Karlwekarlwe, before arriving in the gold mining town of Tennant Creek.

Day 13 Thu: Mataranka
Today continue north to tropical Mataranka and relax in the thermal pools, set amidst lush rainforest.

Day 14 Fri: Kakadu
Travel to Katherine Gorge for a cruise down this magnificent waterway. This afternoon we depart for Kakadu National Park and travel to Cooinda.

Day 15 Sat: Kakadu – Darwin
This morning cruise on the famous Yellow Water Billabong. Visit Jabiru, the Bowali Visitor Centre and Ubirr.

Overnight: Mirambeena Resort, Darwin,2 nights. (BL)

Day 16 Sun: Darwin
[16 Day clients (Tour Code: SPCSDD) conclude the tour after breakfast.] A free day to explore tropical Darwin. An optional tour to Litchfield National Park and Wangi Falls may be available. (B)

Day 17 Mon: Katherine
Travel via the Adelaide River War Cemetery to beautiful Edith Falls. 
a Enjoy the Leliyn tour with a local Aboriginal guide. Later, continue to Katherine. Overnight at a Northern Territory Homestead, where you have the opportunity to take an optional crocodile spotting tour.

Day 18 Tue: Barkly Tablelands
Travel along the Carpentaria Highway today, through Cape Crawford and into cattle station country.

Day 19 Wed: Mt. Isa
Today travel across the Northern Territory border into Queensland. Stop at Camooweal, before arriving in Mt. Isa, the great mining town.

Day 20 Thu: Gulf Country
Departing Mt. Isa, travel through the tribal lands of the Kalkadoon Aboriginal people and remote savannah regions to Charters Towers.

Day 21 Fri: Atherton Tablelands
Today travel into the Atherton Tablelands. Visit the Curtain Fig Tree and Millaa Millaa Falls.

Day 22 Sat: Great Barrier Reef
Today cruise to the Great Barrier Reef. View this living phenomenon from the underwater observatory, semi-submersible boat or snorkel over the colorful coral gardens. (BLD)

Day 23 Sun: Skyrail – Kuranda
This morning board the Skyrail for a journey above the rainforest canopy. Free time to explore the markets. 
a Enjoy the Pamagirri Experience. Watch spear throwing and learn how to throw a boomerang or play the didgeridoo with your Aboriginal guide. Board the famous Kuranda train for the scenic journey back to Cairns. (B)

Day 24 Mon: Airlie Beach
Journey south and travel to Townsville, before continuing to Airlie Beach, gateway to the Whitsunday Islands.

Day 25 Tue: Whitsundays
Cruise by catamaran to Hamilton Island. Spend time exploring the Island, before traveling to Whitehaven Beach. Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch. (BL)

Day 26 Wed: Rockhampton
Travel to Mackay, the sugar capital of Australia, then into cattle country. Enjoy some free time in Rockhampton.

Day 27 Thu: Hervey Bay
Continue south to Langmorn Station and enjoy a guided tour of 'The Old Station' and historic 'Langmorn Homestead', followed by morning tea. Continue via Miriam Vale and Gin Gin to Hervey Bay.

Day 28 Fri: Fraser Island
Cruise to Fraser Island, then board a 4WD and traverse the sand dunes. Tour 75 Mile Beach and see the Cathedrals. Stop at Eli Creek, before enjoying a delicious buffet lunch. (BLD)

Day 29 Sat: Brisbane – Gold Coast
Today visit the Australia Zoo, home of the famous 'Crocodile Hunter'. Drive into Brisbane for a short tour, before continuing to the Gold Coast.

Day 30 Sun: Coffs Harbour
This morning travel to colorful Byron Bay. After a short stop, continue along the Pacific Highway to Coffs Harbour.

Day 31 Mon: Port Macquarie – Depart Sydney
Travel to Port Macquarie, then continue the journey south to Sydney. You will be transferred to Sydney Airport to connect with your onward flight (flights to depart after 7.00pm). (BL)
